Coquille Foursquare Church offers a two-year residency program located in Coquille, Oregon. We approach your training through a collaborative team of creative and adaptive leaders who serve as pastors, civic leaders, chaplains, professors, and Life Pacific University alumni.
Our program was birthed from the prayers about how Coquille Foursquare can actively engage in developing and affirming the next generation of pastors. The outcome of these prayers and large steps of faith resulted in a program not limited by size, finances, and rural setting. We are committed to participating in your calling, development, resourcing, connecting, and longevity in ministry while at Coquille Foursquare and for your future assignment.
Experience the Residency Program
The Residency Program is an experience focused on your ministry focus and calling. We have specific training targets for each Resident Pastor; however, our adaptive approach and collaborative team dynamic creates and unique experience for each one. Our program is a highly creative process custom-tailored to you, not content-driven or based on the need of the church.
In addition to your ministry development, we contribute $11,000 to your continuing education. You will also have the opportunity to participate in many other activities with the church, build community and relationships with pastors, leaders, and church members, and collaborate with our different creative teams and leaders.
